Australian Earthmoving Magazine News:

Whilst Norm Engineering is Australian Earthmoving’s favourite manufacturer of 4-in-1 buckets, loader style buckets, grapple buckets and excavator buckets.

Their Aussie built quality products stand the test of time and Norm Engineering have now released new hydraulic grabs to their ever-growing range of attachments.

The range of grabs, from 1.5 tonne to 25 tonne, are fast building a reputation as a must have accessory for your excavator and like all Norm products, we love their strength, reliability and performance.

Norm Engineering have been manufacturing rock grabs in their Brisbane facility for well over a decade now, they are always developing and innovating all of their products and subsequently they now have these new ‘version 2’ rock grabs which really are a step above again further extending the range.

The grabs are designed to have an impressive opening between the jaws for larger materials (up to 2000mm) and also a nice tight overbite when holding smaller debris.

The enclosed casing covering the hydraulic cylinders which is unique to Norm Engineering is a big bonus as the operator doesn’t have to worry about damaging them, saving potential losses in time and money. This also allows strength for knocking over trees or rolling rocks without damaging your cylinders or hoses.

The bite of the grab is made from high quality bisalloy and the overall quality from the welds to the paintwork is just outstanding.

Norm Engineering are extremely proud to be an all Australian company designing and manufacturing all of their asttachments in house at their facility in Sumner Park, Queensland.

This makes it easy for them to guarantee quality workmanship without the high prices and gives you the confidence that you will have the full backing of a company that you can call directly for fast, no hassle service.

Norm Engineering is always making sure that they have the best performing and safest working attachments on the market today and Norms grabs are available in either full hydraulic or statically mounted and the new improved design has certainly grabbed our attention.
